Practice- different drills

What I had them do during this practice is improve on a couple things.
The closer the cones are to each other the harder it is to keep possession of the ball. 


After a couple minutes I opened the cones up once they
 felt comfortable and ready to move on.

After that they worked a little on shooting while in front of the goal.


Some players had to start of real slow while finishing up
 the cones getting ready to shoot.

If they nocked the cones down they had to do either 5
 sit ups or push ups, their choice.




I had them do a speed drill so they could get used to playing fast.

3 seconds after they left the person behind them could start going and if they bought up the person in front had to do 5 sit ups or push ups, again their choice.
