What I had them do during this practice is improve on a couple things. The closer the cones are to each other the harder it is to keep possession of the ball. |
After a couple minutes I opened the cones up once they felt comfortable and ready to move on. |
After that they worked a little on shooting while in front of the goal. |
Some players had to start of real slow while finishing up the cones getting ready to shoot. |
If they nocked the cones down they had to do either 5 sit ups or push ups, their choice. |
I had them do a speed drill so they could get used to playing fast. |
3 seconds after they left the person behind them could start going and if they bought up the person in front had to do 5 sit ups or push ups, again their choice. |
